Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who possesses experience in the finance industry and has developed a sound level of background knowledge. We greatly appreciate any applicants who have existing clientele and/or business partners. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal and home lending enquiries by communicating detailed financial matters.
• Respond to brokers' enquiries (call, apps, and email) timely and efficiently whilst providing first-rate customer service.
• Record all communications with external parties and all actions taken regarding each enquiry on the company
• CRM or as instructed on a timely basis.
• Liaise with internal and external parties where necessary.
• Developing New Clients. 

Requirements:

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00am till 5:30pm.
• A background in finance or experience in Business development through the Mortgage industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Strong problem-solving capacity.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
